Veljré no longer accepts exchanges on orders. For returns, please message us within 3 days of delivery of your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We must receive your item back within 14 days after approval of your return. Refunds will not be processed until your item has arrived and been inspected for damages or stains.
if damages are found (that weren’t previously noted by the buyer) Veljré will reship the item back to you and will not accept the return or issue refund.
