Good to know
How far in advance should I book?
For custom gowns, we recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event. Rush orders may be available — reach out and we'll do our best.
Do you ship outside of New York?
Yes! VELJRÈ ships nationwide. Custom pieces are carefully packaged and shipped once complete. International shipping available on request.
What do I need for a revamp?
Just send photos of your piece and describe what you'd like transformed. Bunnie will review and send a quote. Then ship the item to the Queens studio.
Can I visit the studio in Queens?
Studio visits are by appointment only. Book a consultation and we'll schedule a time to meet in person and discuss your vision face to face.
What's your payment process?
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to start. The remaining balance is due before shipping. We accept all major cards, Venmo and Cash App.

Absolutely — Bunnie loves connecting with other creatives, brands, and artists. Send a message with your idea and let's see what we can create together.
