How do consultations work?
Every custom project starts with a $75 consultation: 50 minutes one-on-one with Bunnie over Zoom or by phone, available every day between 1 and 7 PM Eastern. You book and pay right on the consultation page. The fee covers her time and is separate from any order.
How far in advance should I book?
For custom gowns, we recommend booking your consultation at least 6 to 8 weeks before your event. Rush orders may be available. Reach out and we'll do our best.
Do you ship outside of New York?
Yes! VELJRÈ ships nationwide. Custom pieces are carefully packaged and shipped once complete. International shipping available on request.
What do I need for a revamp?
Just send photos of your piece and describe what you'd like transformed. Bunnie will review and send a quote. Then ship the item to the Queens studio.
Can I visit the studio in Queens?
Studio visits are by appointment only. Book a consultation and we'll schedule a time to meet in person and discuss your vision face to face.
What's your payment process?
The $75 consultation is paid when you book it. If you move forward with a custom order, a 50% deposit starts the work once your contract is signed, and the remaining balance is due at your final fitting (or before shipping). All payments run through our secure checkout.
